Light Casino accessibility: what works and how to tell us
Everyone who is allowed to play here should be able to read the terms, set a limit and reach help without a barrier in the way.
This statement covers light-casino.biz: the standard it is built to, how far it meets it, what does not work well yet, and how to tell us about a problem.
What the site already does
- Keyboard
- Every link and button is reachable by keyboard and shows a visible focus ring. A skip link jumps past the navigation.
- Structure
- One main heading per page, section headings in reading order, and real tables for figures.
- Contrast
- Body text is at least 7.6 to 1 against the background, and no text is below 4.5 to 1. Links in running text are underlined.
- Motion
- If your device asks for reduced motion, the animated light on the home page is drawn once and transitions are switched off.
Known limitations
- One colour scheme
- The site is dark only: no light theme, and no styles yet for Windows High Contrast (forced colours) mode.
- Pictures of forms
- Pictures of screens such as the cashier’s first step are built from switched-off form fields. Screen readers may announce them as unavailable fields.
- Menu on small screens
- Below 1080 pixels wide the section menu scrolls sideways, and links past the edge stay hidden until you swipe or tab to them.
- Game list without JavaScript
- On the slots page, the buttons that show more games need JavaScript. Without it, the first twelve games are listed.
- Assistive technology
- No testing with screen readers, voice control or screen magnifiers has been recorded yet.
Tell us about a barrier
Write to support@light-casino.biz or use any channel on the Light Casino support page. An email usually gets a first reply within 12 h, and if the barrier needs a fix, we tell you within 5 days what we will change. Say which page you were on, what you were trying to do and what happened, and name any assistive technology you use.
If a barrier stops you setting a limit or excluding yourself, say so in the first line. Responsible gaming lists the other ways to reach us.
