Withdrawal times in detail

One row per method, as offered in Malta and Ireland: its currency, the smallest and largest deposit and withdrawal, our fee, and how long each usually takes. Methods differ by country, as set out under the table, and the cashier in your account shows the methods open to you.

Minimum and maximum
Set per transaction for each method (Terms 5.2 and 6.4). A deposit limit you set yourself applies to every deposit whatever the method, so it can stop a deposit the method would allow (Terms 5.5).
Fees
Light Casino charges nothing for a deposit or a withdrawal. Your bank, card issuer or payment provider may charge its own fees under your agreement with them, and those are not ours to set or refund.
Currency
Your balance is held in the currency of the country you live in: euro (EUR) in Malta, Ireland and Finland, złoty (PLN) in Poland and forint (HUF) in Hungary. Every method pays in and out in that currency, and the figures in the table are the euro ones (Terms 3.3).
Methods in Finland
The methods in the table, in euro, plus MobilePay (deposits 10,00 € to 2 000,00 €) and online bank payment through Finnish bank buttons (deposits 10,00 € to 10 000,00 €). Both take deposits only.
Methods in Poland
In złoty (PLN): BLIK (deposits 50,00 zł to 10 000,00 zł) and Przelewy24 (deposits 50,00 zł to 20 000,00 zł), which take deposits only, Visa and Mastercard debit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Skrill, Neteller, Paysafecard and bank transfer; no Trustly. Deposits start at 50,00 zł (80,00 zł by bank transfer), withdrawals at 80,00 zł.
Methods in Hungary
In forint (HUF): Visa and Mastercard debit cards, SimplePay, which takes deposits only, Barion, which also pays out to your Barion wallet, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Skrill, Neteller, Paysafecard and instant bank transfer, usually credited within 15 min; no Trustly. Deposits start at 4 000 Ft (8 000 Ft by bank transfer), withdrawals at 8 000 Ft.
How times are counted
A deposit is usually credited within the time shown once your bank or payment provider has confirmed the payment. A withdrawal first goes through our pending period, in which we process it within 24 h, then takes the method’s own time; a standard bank transfer counts business days only.
Where withdrawals are paid
To the payment method you last deposited with, where that method can receive payouts, and otherwise to a bank account in your own name (Terms 6.2). Paysafecard, BLIK, Przelewy24, MobilePay, Finnish bank buttons and SimplePay take deposits only, so those deposits are paid out by bank transfer, or in Finland also by Trustly; Apple Pay and Google Pay withdrawals go to the card behind the wallet.

Withdrawal limits and the monthly ceiling

How withdrawals work
Smallest withdrawal
20,00 €, whichever method you are paid with.
Largest single request
10 000,00 € by Trustly or bank transfer; 5 000,00 € by card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Skrill or Neteller.
Monthly ceiling
100 000,00 € per calendar month, the same at every loyalty level.
Above the ceiling
The rest is paid in monthly instalments of up to 100 000,00 €, starting on the first day of each following month, until the whole amount is paid. Progressive jackpot wins and deposits you have not played are paid in full at once (Terms 6.4).

Payments in your own name, and chargebacks

Card payments and 3-D Secure

Every card, bank account or wallet you pay in with has to be registered in your own name; one that belongs to anyone else cannot be used (Terms 5.1). Payouts follow the same rule and go only to a payment method or bank account in your own name (Terms 6.2).

A chargeback is a deposit reversed through your bank or card issuer. If you reverse one after playing with the money, we suspend the account until the amount is repaid, and winnings made with the reversed money are void (Terms 5.4).

When your identity is checked

Documents we ask for

We check your identity at registration, before your first deposit (Terms 4.1): photo ID and a proof of address from the last three months, reviewed within 24 h, as the registration page sets out under verification documents and timing. Because the check is finished before you pay in, there is no separate identity step when you cash out; to be paid, that check must be complete and the payment method must be in your name (Terms 6.1).

Later on we may ask for more, such as evidence of where deposited money came from (Terms 4.3). If your net deposits over 30 days pass 5 000,00 €, we also check that your play is affordable, and may ask for evidence of income before you deposit more (Terms 10.4).

In the EU these checks are a legal duty. Anti-money-laundering law lists providers of gambling services among the businesses that must apply it (Directive (EU) 2015/849, Article 2(1)(3)(f)), and requires them to verify a customer’s identity from documents, data or information obtained from a reliable and independent source (Article 13(1)(a)).

Limits you set yourself

All responsible gaming tools

A deposit limit caps what you can pay in over a day, a week or a month, whichever payment method you use (Terms 5.5). Lowering it takes effect immediately; raising or removing it waits 72 hours.

You set it in Account › Responsible gaming, alongside a loss limit, a time-out and self-exclusion.
