Light Casino withdrawals: how to cash out and how long it takes

A Light Casino withdrawal takes two stretches of time: our pending period, in which we process your request within 24 h, then the time your payment method takes to deliver the money, from 15 min to 3 business days depending on the method.

We charge no fee for a withdrawal. Below are the steps, the time each method takes, the reasons a payout can wait, whether a request can be cancelled, and what to do if your withdrawal is late.

How to withdraw from Light Casino, step by step

  1. 1 Sign in and open the cashier Type light-casino.biz yourself and sign in; do not follow a link in an email or a text message (how we contact you). Even while you are in a restricted country you can sign in and withdraw your balance.
  2. 2 Enter the amount From 20,00 € to 10 000,00 € per request, or up to 5 000,00 € by card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Skrill or Neteller (Terms 6.4). Your own money can be withdrawn at any time; doing so with a bonus active cancels the bonus and removes its winnings (your own money and bonus money).
  3. 3 Check it, then confirm Check the amount before you confirm: a withdrawal cannot be cancelled once you have requested it (Terms 6.6), as explained below.
  4. 4 We process it within 24 h This is our pending period, the same at every loyalty level (Terms 6.3).
  5. 5 We send the money To the payment method you last deposited with, where it can receive payouts, and otherwise to a bank account in your own name (Terms 6.2 and 5.1). Paysafecard deposits are paid out by bank transfer, and Apple Pay or Google Pay withdrawals go to the card behind the wallet.
  6. 6 It reaches you In the method’s own time, as the table shows. A standard bank transfer counts business days only; an instant transfer, where your bank account or Trustly uses one, does not wait for them.

All payment methods

One row for each method you can be paid with in Malta, Ireland and Finland, with the euro figures. Paysafecard is not among them because it takes deposits only; a Paysafecard deposit comes back by bank transfer. In Poland and Hungary there is no Trustly: payouts go to a card, Apple Pay or Google Pay, Skrill or Neteller, or by bank transfer, and in Hungary also to a Barion wallet, in złoty or forint (methods by country).

We charge no fee for a withdrawal (Terms 6.5). Your bank or payment provider may charge its own when the money arrives.
Amounts above the monthly ceiling
You can withdraw up to 100 000,00 € per calendar month at every loyalty level; anything above that is paid in monthly instalments, while progressive jackpot wins and deposits you have not played are paid at once, as the monthly ceiling sets out (Terms 6.4).
Bank transfers and business days
When a payment goes by credit transfer in euro between banks in the EEA, the sending bank must get it to the receiving bank by the end of the following business day (Directive (EU) 2015/2366, Article 83(1)), and the receiving bank must make it available to you as soon as it arrives if it does not convert the currency (Article 87(2)). A business day is a day the banks involved are open for business (Article 4(37)), so for a standard transfer weekends and bank holidays add to the wait. Instant credit transfers in euro are the exception: a payment service provider in the euro area that offers credit transfers in euro must also offer instant ones, 24 hours a day on every calendar day (Regulation (EU) No 260/2012, Article 5a, inserted by Regulation (EU) 2024/886).

Why a withdrawal can take longer

The identity check from registration is not complete
We can pay you only once the check that runs at registration is complete, and only to a payment method in your name (Terms 6.1). While documents we have asked for are outstanding, withdrawals are on hold, although signing in, setting limits, a time-out and self-exclusion all stay open to you (Terms 4.3). We review documents within 24 h of receiving them; the registration page lists the documents we ask for. In the EU, anti-money-laundering law requires a customer’s identity to be verified before a business relationship is established or a transaction is carried out (Directive (EU) 2015/849, Article 14(1)).
We have asked for more documents
The same law requires ongoing monitoring of transactions, including, where necessary, where the money came from (Article 13(1)(d)), and sets a EUR 2,000 threshold for checks on gambling transactions (Article 11(d)), as the registration page explains. So we may ask for evidence of where deposited money came from (Terms 4.3).
A bonus is still active
Bonus money becomes withdrawable only when the conditions in the bonus policy are met (Terms 6.1). You can withdraw your own money at any time. Doing so while a bonus is active cancels the bonus and removes its winnings; your own money and what it won are paid as normal.
The payment method is not in your name
Money is paid only to a payment method or bank account in your own name (Terms 5.1). If yours has changed, tell support before you ask for the withdrawal.
Your bank’s own checks
Banks are bound by the same anti-money-laundering law (Directive (EU) 2015/849, Article 2(1)(1)) and run their own checks. Once a payment has reached your bank, only your bank can tell you what is happening to it.
Weekends and bank holidays
They do not count as business days for a standard bank transfer; an instant transfer runs on them (see above).

Can a withdrawal be cancelled?

No. Once you have requested a withdrawal it cannot be cancelled, even while it is still pending, so the money cannot be played again (Terms 6.6).

If you find yourself wanting to take money back out of a withdrawal to keep playing, a time-out of 24 hours, 7 days, 30 days or 6 weeks puts a break between you and the balance, and the responsible gaming page lists the signs that gambling is becoming a problem.

If your Light Casino withdrawal is late

Complaints procedure
  1. 1 Check the time it should take Add our pending period of up to 24 h to the method’s time in the table. For a standard bank transfer, count business days only. If something on our side can hold a payout, it is listed under why a withdrawal can take longer.
  2. 2 Look for a message from us Our email comes only from addresses ending in @light-casino.biz. A message that asks for your password or a sign-in code is not from us (how we contact you).
  3. 3 Contact support By live chat once you are signed in, or by email, 08:00–24:00 Malta time; an email is usually answered within 12 h. Give the amount, the date and time of the request, the payment method and any reference shown for it. The support page lists what to put in a first message.
  4. 4 Make a formal complaint If support’s answer does not resolve it, or none has arrived within 3 days, email complaints@light-casino.biz with a message that begins “Formal complaint” (how a formal complaint works). Our final response comes within 14 days. If it does not settle the matter, you can take the dispute to the Quellmont Dispute Resolution Service, which is independent of us and free for players (independent dispute resolution).
