- A code for no offer on our promotions page, and not sent by our email, SMS or support, was not issued by Light Casino and does nothing, wherever you found it. Some are bait for the code sites described below.
- It has ended
- A published code stops working when its offer ends, and a code sent to you lasts 14 days from sending. Check the end date beside the offer on the promotions page.
- It was typed wrong
- Letters and digits that look alike are the usual cause: O and 0, or I, l and 1. Paste the code, or compare it one character at a time.
- Your account is not eligible
- Each offer’s key terms say which accounts can take it, such as first deposit only or one per person. Read them beside the offer before you try again.
- The deposit is too small
- An offer can need more than our general minimum deposit of 10,00 €, and its key terms give the figure. Deposit at least that amount.
- It has already been used
- Each code works once per account, so a second try on the same account is refused.
- Another bonus is active
- A new code cannot be applied until the active bonus is completed or cancelled. Cancelling removes that bonus and anything won with it; your own money is not affected.
- The payment method is excluded
- When an offer excludes payment methods, its key terms name them, usually Skrill, Neteller and Paysafecard. Deposit with a method the offer accepts.
- It was entered too late
- The code has to go in before you confirm the deposit it applies to, so it cannot be added to a deposit you have already made.
