Light Casino loyalty club: how levels, points and rewards work
Every Light Casino account belongs to the loyalty club from its first settled bet. Real-money bets earn points, your points from the last 90 days set your level, and the rewards a level unlocks are yours to claim in the cashier or to ignore.
The figures on this page are the programme’s rules, set out in Terms 7.4, not an offer: nothing reaches your balance unless you claim it.
Gambling involves risk. Set a deposit limit before you play: the responsible gaming page covers limits, self-exclusion and where to get help.
Light Casino loyalty levels, from Violet to Red
How points are earnedThere are five levels. Your level is set by the points you earned in the last 90 days and reviewed every 30 days; when it falls, it falls one level at a time.
| Level | Points to reach it | What it changes |
|---|---|---|
| Violet | From your first settled stake | Points at 1×. |
| Blue | 500 | Points at 1.1×. |
| Green | 2 500 | Points at 1.25×, and a 25,00 € bonus at 10× wagering that you can claim in the cashier once a month. |
| Orange | 10 000 | Points at 1.5×, and 10 free spins at 0,10 € on every game we launch, to claim in the cashier within 7 days; their winnings are bonus money at 10× wagering. |
| Red | 40 000 | Points at 2×, and a named support contact during normal support hours. |
Rewards are claimed in the cashier and never added on their own, and your named contact at Red never offers a bonus to anyone who has asked to play less.
What the top level (Red) gives
Red is reached at 40 000 points. It earns points at 2× and gives you a named contact in support during support hours: 08:00–24:00 every day, Central European Time (CET, or CEST in summer).
No level makes a withdrawal faster or larger. Withdrawals are processed within 24 h and capped at 100 000,00 € per calendar month at every level, Red included. How withdrawals work
How loyalty points are earned
Points are earned when a real-money bet settles, at a rate set by the type of game, and your level multiplies them: 1× at Violet up to 2× at Red. Bets placed with bonus money earn no points.
| Game type | Points earned |
|---|---|
| Slots | 1 point per 10,00 € staked |
| Roulette, blackjack, other table games and live tables | 1 point per 50,00 € staked |
What points and rewards are worth
- What points buy
- Bonus money in the cashier, at 100 points for 1,00 €, wagered once (1×) before it can be withdrawn.
- Green: a monthly bonus
- A 25,00 € bonus you can claim once a month, wagered 10× before it can be withdrawn.
- Orange: spins on new games
- 10 free spins at 0,10 € on every game we launch, claimed within 7 days. Their winnings are bonus money at 10× wagering, and because these spins need no deposit, they can turn into at most 100,00 €.
How to claim a reward
- 1 Sign in to your account Points and rewards belong to the account, so they are the same on a phone and on a computer. Signing in
- 2 Open the cashier Your points balance and any reward your level unlocks are shown there.
- 3 Choose the reward to claim Bonus money at 100 points for 1,00 €, the Green monthly 25,00 € bonus, or Orange free spins within 7 days of a game launch.
- 4 Wager it before you withdraw Once (1×) for points exchanged into bonus money; 10× for the Green bonus and for Orange spin winnings.
No reward can be claimed during a time-out or self-exclusion, or while we have paused bonuses to protect you. A reward is a bonus like any other, so the bonus policy applies to it. The one offer for new accounts is on the promotions page.
When loyalty points expire, and what removes them
- Expiry
- Points expire after 180 days with no settled bet; we write to you once, 14 days before.
- What voids them
- Points are removed if the bets that earned them are cancelled or voided, they were earned on a second account or through bonus abuse, or the account is closed for a breach of section 9 of the terms.
- A break you set
- During a time-out or self-exclusion, your points and level are frozen: nothing expires and no level is lost until you come back.
- Closing your account
- When an account is closed, its points end with it; they have no cash value and are never paid out.
What a level does not change
A level has no effect on how a game plays or what it pays. How game results are produced, and how that is tested, is set out on the game fairness page.
No level changes a limit, a time-out or a self-exclusion, and setting a deposit or loss limit never costs you points, a level or a reward.
If you notice you are playing to reach a level or to keep one, that is a good moment to set a limit or take a break. Limits, time-outs and self-exclusion
